2023: Full list of Tinubu’s campaign organisation’s zonal coordinators, others

The Asiwaju Tinubu Presidential Campaign Organisation (ATPCO) on Wednesday, inaugurated six Executive Directors, six Zonal Coordinator and Think-Tank/Resource Persons to achieve the 2023 presidential mandate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate.

The Director-General of the campaign organisation, a formal Minister of Communication, Mr Adebayo Shittu while inaugurating the members said that they represented the six-geo political zones in the country.

According to him, the members will be saddled with the responsibility to drive the national quest of the Tinubu 2023 Presidential Campaign Agenda.

ATPCO is an agglomeration of more than 300 independent electioneering campaign support groups which were founded respectively by APC stalwarts and Tinubu supporters from the six geo-political zones of Nigeria.

According to Shittu, the basic focus and commitment of all of these federating groups is to work tirelessly and passionately through electioneering campaigns, in states, local government areas, towns, villages, communities and wards.

“This is for the ultimate electoral victory and triumph of our Principal, Asiwaju Tinubu, and the APC Presidential Candidate at the 2023 presidential election.

“The Executive Directors are Muhammed Sambo, ED. Administration North-East; Dr. Farakwai Modibbo, ED Operation, North-West;  Dr. Bassey Archibong, ED Finance, South-South.

“Others are Amb. Jerry Ugbokwe, ED Media & Publicity South-East, Yusuf Salihu, Contact, Mobilisation and Branding, North-Central and Ramatu Musa, Women Affairs,” he said.

According to him, apart from the ED itemised above, other supporting National Executive officers are Ronke Balogun Deputy ED, Women Affairs; Tosin Shoga, ED Youth Affairs and Muhammad Abdul-Kabir, Deputy ED, Youth Affairs.

“Also, Awa Bamiji, Special Adviser (Media and Publicity); Prince Abiola Ogundeko, Special Adviser (Digital and New Media) and Ibrahim Marmara, Special Adviser on Political Matters.

“Others are Amb. Ginika Tor, Special Adviser on Special Duties, Muhammed Adamu, Strategic Adviser to the D-G, Chinonso Nwangwu, Special Adviser on Contact, Mobilization & Protocol,’’ he stated.

Shittu added that the six zonal coordinators’ sole responsibility was to assist in coordinating activities of all the support groups in all the states of their geo-political zones, adding that the coordinators would do these through their respective state directors.

He said that the names of the coordinators included Amb. Soji Iji, South-West; Prof. Jasper Jumbo, South-South; Mrs Nkechi Nwaogu, South-East; Yusuf Maitama, North-West; Amb. Musa Tsoken, North-East and Sani Gangare, North-Central.

He said that these six zonal coordinators would be respectively assisted by five state coordinators similar to those of the ED at the National level.

“Let me affirm that the leadership of this organisation has implicated confidence in all of these distinguished party officials who have been carefully selected to deliver on the Asiwaju Tinubu Electoral Mandate.

“Also, the organisation has set up a Think-Tank/Resource persons group which has the Chairman, Prof. Oserheimen Osunbor, former governor of Edo, he will be assisted by two current Vice-Chancellors.

“Retired Military Generals and several distinguished professionals, both men and women from all works of life and from all parts of our country; they are being formally inaugurated today.

“Their main mandate is to seek from Nigerians, what the electorate and the youth in particular, expect from the Tinubu Presidency when it resumes in government,” he said.

According to him, the group would then formulate these yearnings and expectations into a workable and implementable action plan to be christened the rebirth manifesto, a manifesto seeking to return to Nigerians.

“In a practicable, implementable, realistic and sincere hope which guarantees progressive change and dynamically transformative governance within the first term of the Tinubu government, by God’s Grace.

“Among others, the Think-Thank would recommend timelines in the implementation of policies on educational transformation, total fight against Insecurity, provision of full employment for the millions of hapless youths,” he said.

Osunbor after being inaugurated said that there was work to be done since they were saddled with the responsibility to engage Nigerian youth, especially those that have been at home for the past five months.

“We have been given four to six weeks to actualise our report to assure our principal of victory polls in 2023, and I assure you that at the end of the day the result will be well deserving,’’ he said.

Prof. Ben Nwoye, a member of the Think-Tank resource persons said that they were equal to the task and urged members not to back down from the accusations thrown at their principal Tinubu.

Nwoye added that politics was not an easy game that it needed strong people to prove the accusers wrong.
